These terms and conditions govern the booking and provision of the tourist experiences offered on www.campingagafay.com in the Agafay desert near Marrakech: pool lunch, dinner show, quad and buggy excursions, camel rides, the combined package, and event services (weddings, seminars).

Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

Bookings are made exclusively through direct WhatsApp exchange at +212 688 588 022. No booking is considered confirmed until our team has sent an explicit confirmation message stating the date, experience, number of participants, and estimated total price.

The information provided when requesting a booking (desired date, number of adults and children, transport, pickup location) must be accurate to allow a fast, error-free confirmation.

Prices shown on the site are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), per person, and include the services detailed on each experience page. Round-trip transport from Marrakech, where not explicitly included, is offered as an option.

Payment is made directly on site, on the day of the experience, by cash or card depending on the payment methods available at the camp. No online payment is collected on this site.

Children's rates (discounts or free entry depending on age) are specified when the booking is confirmed on WhatsApp.

Any cancellation or change request must be communicated as soon as possible via WhatsApp. A cancellation or change made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date can generally be processed free of charge, subject to confirmation by our team on a case-by-case basis.

In case of no-show on the day of the experience without prior cancellation, the booking may be considered void with no automatic rescheduling.

In case of cancellation on our part (exceptional weather conditions, unforeseen unavailability), a rescheduled date or an equivalent solution will be offered as soon as possible.

Timing, program, and inclusions for each experience are confirmed before departure. Activities involving motorized vehicles (quad, buggy) or animals (camel rides) are supervised by qualified staff and include the necessary safety equipment.

Participants agree to follow the safety instructions given on site. Wearing appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended for physical activities.

Excursions are carried out under the responsibility of the licensed travel agency Itinerance Plus, which provides operational supervision for the services presented on this site.

Liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure, exceptional weather conditions, or a participant's reckless behavior in breach of the safety instructions provided.

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, subject to any mandatory contrary legal provisions.
